I Love Biscotti Co. ships only within Alberta by Canada Post. 

Fair shipping and handling charge is applied to each order and is based on the weight of the shipment and required timeline for delivery.

I Love Biscotti Co. is not responsible for any delays caused by shipping provider. Tracking number of your shipment, if requested, can be provided by email.

All custom and large orders will receive a confirmation by email for your approval within 2 business days of order.  The approval is required in order to start production of your order. Receiving your confirmation later than two (2) business days from the order date might result delay in shipping/delivery.

 

Should you like to include a special note for your recipient, please mark as “a gift” and leave a message and delivery information in notes at Checkout.
